The above picture is the kids with their Great Grandparents. They actually have Four real Great Grandparents and one Step-Great Grandmother! That does not happen that often. Pictured are who Wyatt calls GGMa and GGPa. They are Jimmy's Maternal Grandparents. We talk to them on a weekly basis and sometimes almost daily. They live close so we see them often. My Paternal Grandfather lives about 26 miles away and my Maternal Grandfather and Step-Grandmother live in Georgia. I actually see them quit a bit more than I did as a child! Elsie (grandpa's wife) has only been in the picture for about the last 10 years. She is a true southern Belle. All this only because I was actually able to get a picture to post! Yeah for me! lol!On Tuesday Katie had a follow up appointment and the Doctor took her off the manipulations for her GURD and off the steroid medication for her breathing. Now the Nebulizer has Saline only for moisture. Good thing!
On Wednesday we had to drive to Flint to Wyatt's new dentist. Our appointment was at noon, I did not feed lunch due to well going to the Dentist. Well we did not even get taken back until 2:00 and did not leave until 3:00!!! Talk about hungry kids! Well we found out that Wyatt needs two more root canals with silver caps, plus a filling! So we take him in on April 18th to a hospital in Flint, the put him under and do all the work at once. The reason being he will not associate the dentist doing the work to her office. Hopefully not being so freaked out that way. He had a bad experience with the last dentist. I was so very proud of him though, he was so brave!
Today we had his appointment at the Psychiatrist. She gave us a few new things to try with him to get behavior under control. Today was only one day, but today went extremely well. He was on his best behavior and he listened very well. I can truly enjoy him on days like this. Neither one of us gets stressed and we have fun.
Jimmy had met us at Wyatt's appointment and we all went to Cracker Barrel for lunch. YUM! I love the food and shopping there.
Someday when I get faster service (yeah right next century!) I will post more photos, it Literally takes FOREVER to get them here. I will try again later.
